The Bullionkids Contest

The Bullionkids Contest is an initiative aimed at fostering the growth and development of talented African children. The organization is dedicated to promoting and grooming the talents of kids in Nigeria.

The core objective of our organization is to empower gifted children and drive the growth of the children's entertainment industry in the country.

Bullionkids is the organizer of the "The Bullionkids Contest" (the Competition). The contest will be conducted online and is open to participants residing in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Participants are encouraged to rally their friends and family to vote for their child.

The participants will be judged according to the laws of Nigeria. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by the competition rules.

 

BullionKids Competition Eligibility Requirements

For a child to participate in the BullionKids Competition, the following eligibility criteria must be met by the parent or guardian:

The child must be a legal citizen of Nigeria and between the ages of 0 and 12 years old.

A valid birth certificate must be provided, which may be requested at any time during the Competition.

A consent letter must be written by the parent or guardian giving permission for the child to participate in the Competition. This letter is necessary in the event that the child wins the Competition.

The parent or guardian must guarantee that all information submitted is accurate, up-to-date, and complete and that they have full rights to the images and data uploaded. The use of this material by the Organization shall not be considered a violation of any third party's intellectual property rights.

Employees of the Organization and their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and household members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

The Organization reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time and the participant will be disqualified if proof cannot be provided.

All personal information must be truthful, complete, accurate, and not misleading.

The Organization reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false, incomplete, or misleading information in their sole discretion.

Expected Conduct:

● By registering for the Competition, participants agree to abide by the Competition Rules posted on the Bullionkids Contest website and social media accounts.

● Participants agree to be bound by the final decisions made by the Organization. The Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who:

● Violates the Competition Rules.

● Interferes with the smooth operation of the Competition.

● Violates the terms of service, use conditions, general rules or guidelines, property or service or engages in disruptive behavior that harasses or abuses other participants.

Caution

Any participant who deliberately sabotages the Competition, its website, social media pages, or any related website, or hinders the smooth operation of the Competition, may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. The Organization reserves the right to take any necessary steps, including criminal prosecution, to rectify any damage caused by the participant's actions. The Organization also has the right to disqualify any participant found to have broken the rules of the Competition.

Important information:

All participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and abide by all the Competition rules during the various stages of the Competition.

The top three winners will receive cash prizes, while the remaining seven contestants will receive consolation prizes equivalent to 10% of their total votes.

Responsibility Disclaimer:

● The Organization will not be held responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions that may occur during the Competition, including problems with telephone networks, online computer systems, servers, equipment, or software, or failure of email or entry submissions due to internet traffic congestion.

● Contestants are solely responsible for ensuring the material they upload does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, and the Organization assumes no liability in this regard.

● The Organization reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time without notice, and by participating, contestants agree to release their rights related to the Competition and understand they will have no claims against the Organization. Winning Bullionkids contest is subject to the completion of all stages, the selection process based on the highest votes.once a payment is confirmed and added there is no form of refund to contestants. ● Participation in the Competition signifies acceptance of its Terms and Conditions.

● The Organization may use the personal information provided by Contestants for its database and may share it with third-party partners for promotional and marketing purposes.

● The Organization has the right to remove any material uploaded by a Contestant if it is deemed illegal, offensive, or inappropriate for the children's Competition.

● The Organization may use images of the winner for publicity purposes as it sees fit, and the winner will not receive additional compensation.

● The Organization and its associated companies, directors, and employees will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm that may result from participation in the Competition.

● The decision of the panel of Judges during all stages of the Competition, including the grand finale, is final and based on the votes received.

Entrant's Release from Liability.

By participating in the Competition, the Entrant frees the Organizers from all responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including personal injury, death, or property damage, which may occur to the Entrant or any other person, either partially or completely, directly or indirectly. This release includes any such events resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Competition, or violation of the Competition Rules. The Entrant agrees to fully reimburse the Releases for any claims made by third parties related to the Competition, without limitation. No form of refund after payment have been confirmed and added during or after the competition.

Grant of License to the Organization.

By submitting their entries in the Competition to the Organization, each Entrant retains all rights, title, and interest in the entries, including copyright. The Entrant grants the Organization a worldwide, non-paid, perpetual, and exclusive license to copy, use, modify, reproduce, display, adapt, and transmit the entries for use in all media, both present and future. This license begins on the date of entry and includes, but is not limited to, use in connection with the administration, promotion, and exploitation of the Competition.

Bullionkids Contest is a registered entertainment brand for kids aimed at enhancing their self-esteem, confidence, and influence. The brand offers children an opportunity to showcase their talents to the world, putting them on the path to stardom.

Liability and Responsibility

The organization cannot be held responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, falsified, misdirected, or incomplete, or for any technical issues that may occur, such as malfunctions that could affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry.

The organization is not liable for any inaccuracies, whether caused by telecommunications organizations or website users, or any programming or equipment associated with the competition or technical or human error that may occur in the competition administration.

The organization assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or technical malfunctions related to the competition, such as network or telephone issues, computer systems or servers, providers, equipment, software, email, players or browsers.

The organization is not responsible for any injuries or damages to the entrant or any related technology during participation or downloading materials in this competition.

The entrant assumes liability for any injuries that may occur during participation in the competition or from the acceptance, possession, use, or failure to receive any prizes.

Privacy and Personal Information

By participating in the competition, the entrant:

Grants the organization permission to use their name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address (referred to as "personal information") for the purpose of administering the competition, including contacting and announcing the winners.

Gives the organization the right to use their personal information for publicity and promotional purposes related to the competition, in all media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Recognizes that the organization may need to share the entrant's personal information with third-party agents and service providers for the purpose of carrying out the activities listed above.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, such as trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans, and representations, is owned by the organization or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized copying or use of copyrighted material or intellectual property without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Termination

The organization reserves the right to terminate the competition, in whole or in part, or modify the rules at any time, without prior notice.
